Shipping policy

The jewellery sold on NOUR Antwerp is manufactured after its order. The manufacturing lead-time for jewellery ordered on the site is approximately 4-6 weeks after the payment has been received. NOUR Antwerp will keep the user updated by email on the manufacturing process and shipment.

Products are delivered to the address indicated by the user at the time the order is placed. It is possible to select the ‘Pick Up’ option at checkout. Therefore you bring your order confirmation and a valid ID to collect your order. NOUR Antwerp does not deliver to any PO Box address, as NOUR Antwerp requires a signature upon delivery for all orders.

Delivery is handled by UPS PREMIUM. A shipping cost of €20 which includes insurance is added on to the total amount of the piece. Once the piece has been packed and ready to ship, you will receive an email from us with your tracking number. 

In the event of delays, loss of products ordered or strikes which are due to the postal services or carrier, you must take the appropriate action directly with the postal services or carrier.

In order to ensure that products arrive in perfect condition and are protected during transport, all products are carefully packed by NOUR Antwerp in accordance with applicable standards. Users must check the packaging and the products at the time of delivery.

Any transport related anomaly must be communicated to the carrier or its representative immediately on the transport document, or within not more than 3 days (including public holidays) after delivery (as per postmark). A copy of this notification is to be sent to NOUR Antwerp by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, and by email (hello@nourantwerp.com), in accordance with the same deadlines.

Any problems concerning the items delivered (damaged, missing articles, broken or faulty items, etc.) must be communicated to NOUR Antwerp within 3 days (including public holidays) after delivery (as per postmark). This notification, stating all the user’s reservations and claims relative to the nonconformity of the products delivered or defects, is to be sent by email (hello@nourantwerp.com) and by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to:

No claims will be accepted after this period.

Shipping within Belgium can take up to 4 business days.
