Terms and conditions for the supply of goods through the NOUR Antwerp Online Store (nourantwerp.com). These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all contracts entered into by NOUR Antwerp (“NOUR Antwerp”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By placing your order with us you are accepting these Terms and Conditions. Where you do not accept these Terms and Conditions in full, you do not have permission to access the contents of this website and should cease using it immediately.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, including those additional Terms and Conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These terms and conditions apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.

Our store is hosted on Shopify. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

ORDERS

The Products offered for sale on the site nourantwerp.com are 18 ct gold jewellery pieces made to order by NOUR Antwerp.

The characteristics of the jewellery are predefined as far as possible on the web page of each product (typefaces, illustrative photographs, etc.), which enables users to familiarize themselves, before placing a firm order, with the essential characteristics of the jewellery that they order. Users acknowledge that their acceptance is based on these descriptions. Any claims concerning the nature of items must relate to the product’s descriptive sheet.

ORDER PROCEDURE

Each NOUR Antwerp piece is handmade with care and precision once your order is confirmed. Items from e-shop can take 4-6 weeks depending on the design and type of gemstones used. 

Keep in mind that considering we offer customized jewellery pieces, you can’t correct, exchange or return the items ordered (for example in the case of an error of size or any other related error).

Jewellery pieces including white diamonds starting from 0.50ct are delivered with a gemmological certificate by GIA or HRD. Diamonds below 0.50ct can be certified upon your request and will be fully charged.

NOUR Antwerp will send an email confirming the order.  The sale is then considered to have been completed. For customized jewellery pieces, the user is not entitled to correct, exchange or return the item(s) ordered (in particular in the case of an error of size or text).

Once the payment of the user is received on the account of NOUR Antwerp,  the manufacturing process starts with a lead time for the creation of each item of approximately 6 weeks depending on stock availability. NOUR Antwerp will keep the user updated on the manufacturing process.

NOUR Antwerp reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a user with whom a dispute may exist regarding payment for a previous order or who, in NOUR Antwerp's opinion, may represent a risk.

PRICES

All prices indicated on the site nourantwerp.com are expressed in Euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT 21%), excluding any delivery charges, if applicable.

Products are billed on the basis of the prices in force at the time the order is placed.

The price is payable in full in a single payment.

Products shall remain the property of NOUR Antwerp until payment in full has been received.

PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS

NOUR Antwerp accepts all secure payments including VISA, MasterCard and debit cards. We also accept bank transfers. This payment should occur on the account of NOUR Antwerp:

Once payment has been received and confirmed by NOUR Antwerp, the jewelry piece will go into production.

DISPATCH AND DELIVERY

The jewellery sold on NOUR Antwerp is manufactured after its order. The manufacturing lead-time for jewellery ordered on the site is approximately 4-6 weeks after the payment has been received. NOUR Antwerp will keep the user updated by email on the manufacturing process and shipment.

Products are delivered to the address indicated by the user at the time the order is placed. It is possible to select the ‘Pick Up’ option at checkout. Therefore you bring your order confirmation and a valid ID to collect your order. NOUR Antwerp does not deliver to any PO Box address, as NOUR Antwerp requires a signature upon delivery for all orders.

Delivery is handled by Bpost within EU. Shipping costs are added on to the total amount of the piece. Once the piece has been packed and ready to ship, you will receive an email from us with your tracking number. 

In the event of delays, loss of products ordered or strikes which are due to the postal services or carrier, you must take the appropriate action directly with the postal services or carrier.

In order to ensure that products arrive in perfect condition and are protected during transport, all products are carefully packed by NOUR Antwerp in accordance with applicable standards. Users must check the packaging and the products at the time of delivery.

Any transport related anomaly must be communicated to the carrier or its representative immediately on the transport document, or within not more than 3 days (including public holidays) after delivery (as per postmark). A copy of this notification is to be sent to NOUR Antwerp by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, and by email (hello@nourantwerp.com), in accordance with the same deadlines.

Any problems concerning the items delivered (damaged, missing articles, broken or faulty items, etc.) must be communicated to NOUR Antwerp within 3 days (including public holidays) after delivery (as per postmark). This notification, stating all the user’s reservations and claims relative to the nonconformity of the products delivered or defects, is to be sent by email (hello@nourantwerp.com) and by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to:

SHIPPING

Shipping within Belgium can take up to 4 business days.

For deliveries to neighboring countries (The Netherlands, France, Germany, Luxembourg) it can take up to 5 business days, all other destinations can take up to 15 business days. 

RETURNS

All of our pieces are made to order, and therefore can not be returned. We can’t accept returns on (personalized) pieces, all orders are final and non refundable nor exchangeable.

We can resize rings if the size isn’t correct, on behalf and expense of the customer. This can be done by sending an email to hello@nourantwerp.com with your order number and we will make the adjustments. We will be charging the cost of change plus shipping. 

LIABILITY

In no event shall NOUR Antwerp, its affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for:

We shall incur no liability for any delay or failure to fulfill the order due to a technical problem or any other cause outside its control. In such cases, the site shall be entitled to delay dispatch and delivery or cancel the order.

We shall in no event incur any liability for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet, in particular connection interruptions, outside interference or the presence of computer viruses, or any other events of force majeure, or any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted to or through nourantwerp.com by any third party.

We shall incur no liability for any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data, including but not limited to personal information, financial information, or other sensitive information. Nor any unauthorized use of your account or password, whether due to your negligence or the negligence of NOUR Antwerp.

NOUR Antwerp does not guarantee the accuracy of the information posted on this site and shall incur no liability for any damage incurred as result of any inaccuracy, including direct and consequential damages, or the loss of enjoyment resulting from the use of the site.

We reserve the right to make changes to this site and its content at any time, including to its rates, descriptions and stock, without notifying users, whether or not they are registered with the site. The photographs and illustration of products on nourantwerp.com shall have no contractual value and nourantwerp.com shall in no event incur any liability in this regard.

Should your piece suffer a breakage due to manufacturing defects, we are committed to repairing it at no cost to yourself. We can either fix or polish your pieces that have sustained accidental damage, and you will be charged the cost of repair or polish plus shipping. 

We do not cover general wear and tear or damage from improper use or storage. We do not cover loss and accidental damage. We do not cover items that have been altered or repaired by another jeweler. 

Please note that all of our jewellery is handmade, and all products can have slight variations in form and material due to its unique character.

The limitations and exclusions of liability set forth in these Terms apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, regardless of whether any remedy fails its essential purpose or is deemed unenforceable in any jurisdiction. These additional liability events provide more specific instances where NOUR Antwerp cannot be held responsible for certain types of damages or events.

All content included on nourantwerp.com, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of NOUR Antwerp and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. 

Users may only store, print or display the content provided for their personal use.
